How it Works


Discuss

We will discuss with you, your expectations on ROI, funding source, investment amount and our fees.


Sign

Once we have agreed your expectations, fees and funding, we’ll get you to sign our terms and conditions.


Source

Once the admin is out of the way we will use our powerful software to source you the best properties that will match your criteria.


Negotiate

After we have found a suitable property that all parties are happy with we will then negotiate the best price for the property on your behalf.


Price Up

Once an offer has been accepted subject to contract, we will obtain builders quotes and instruct an optional RICS valuation survey. 


Refurbish

Once you have purchased the property, refurbishment will commence, funded by you and project managed by ourselves.


Sell and Profit

Once all refurbishment has been completed and snags identified, the property will be placed on the market for sale by our nominated estate agent. After completion, our fees are paid within 3 working days from the proceeds of the sale, then hopefully we will work together on the next investment.
